ADVANCED INSPECTORATE

Our Policies

How we keep certification worth trusting.

Quality Policy

Training is delivered by competent instructors against a defined course outline, and no certification is issued without a completed assessment. Course materials and assessment papers are reviewed on a fixed schedule and updated when standards or client requirements change.

We measure ourselves on assessment integrity and on how our cardholders perform at client sites, and we correct the program when either slips.

Impartiality Policy

Certification decisions rest on assessment results alone. Commercial pressure from an employer, the size of an account or a repeat client relationship has no bearing on whether a candidate passes.

Where a conflict of interest could arise, the assessment is reassigned. A candidate who fails may retest after retraining; nobody is passed to close a deal.

Confidentiality Policy

Candidate records, employer details and assessment results are held securely and used only to deliver our services. The public verification page shows only what a site gate needs: the holder's name, employer, course, dates and card status, with the ID number partially masked.

Full records are released only to the cardholder's employer of record or where the law requires it.

Complaints and Appeals

A candidate or employer who disagrees with an assessment outcome can appeal within 14 days of the result. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original assessor and answered in writing within 10 working days.

Complaints about our service go to info@advancedinspectorate.com or by phone. Every complaint gets an acknowledgment within 2 working days and a documented resolution.

Card Terms

Cards remain the property of Advanced Inspectorate, are non-transferable, and are valid only alongside the holder's government ID. Validity is 12 months from issue unless the card is revoked earlier for cause.

Our cards are not government licenses. They certify that the holder completed our training and assessment for the duty stated on the card. Where a role requires a statutory license, our training prepares the holder for it and does not replace it.
