ADVANCED INSPECTORATE
MANPOWER SUPPLY

Certified crews, carded before they arrive.

Most manpower problems are not headcount problems. They are documentation problems: the rigger turns up without a valid card, the operator's certificate is expired, the gate turns the crew away and the day is lost. We supply skilled and unskilled labour with the certification already issued and verifiable online before mobilization.

Every worker in the lifting, access and plant groups below is supplied holding a current Advanced Inspectorate competency card for the exact class of work, so a gate check confirms them in seconds instead of a phone call to the office.

How we price it

Per-worker monthly rate

The straightforward model. You pay a monthly rate per worker on site. Overtime is billed at the agreed multiplier against verified timesheets.

Day-rate short call-off

For shutdowns, turnarounds and unplanned peaks. Crews mobilize on a day rate for a defined window, then demobilize without a long-term commitment.

Crew package

A supervisor plus a costed crew for a defined scope, priced as one line so you manage one team rather than fifteen individuals.

Manpower with equipment

Operators supplied together with certified plant, so both the machine certificate and the operator card come from the same source and match at the gate.

Accommodation, transport and messing are quoted either inside the rate or as a separate line, whichever you prefer. We put it in writing before mobilization so there is no argument at invoice stage.

What comes with every worker

  • Valid iqama and a work authorization that matches the trade being supplied
  • GOSI registration and wage protection compliance for every worker deployed
  • Medical fitness certificate current for the work being performed
  • Certification card for the trade, issued and verifiable in our own registry
  • Site-specific inductions and any client HSE passport arranged before mobilization
  • Timesheets signed by your supervisor as the single basis for invoicing

Mobilization timeline

Day 0
You send the trade, headcount, site and start date.
Day 1-2
We confirm availability, rate and the certification each role needs.
Day 2-5
Assessment and carding of any worker whose certificate is missing or expired, done in-house.
Day 5-7
Documentation pack issued and the crew mobilizes to site.

Timelines assume workers already hold valid iqama and work authorization. Fresh recruitment from outside the Kingdom runs on visa processing time, which we will state honestly rather than promise around.
