Most manpower problems are not headcount problems. They are documentation problems: the rigger turns up without a valid card, the operator's certificate is expired, the gate turns the crew away and the day is lost. We supply skilled and unskilled labour with the certification already issued and verifiable online before mobilization.
Every worker in the lifting, access and plant groups below is supplied holding a current Advanced Inspectorate competency card for the exact class of work, so a gate check confirms them in seconds instead of a phone call to the office.
The straightforward model. You pay a monthly rate per worker on site. Overtime is billed at the agreed multiplier against verified timesheets.
For shutdowns, turnarounds and unplanned peaks. Crews mobilize on a day rate for a defined window, then demobilize without a long-term commitment.
A supervisor plus a costed crew for a defined scope, priced as one line so you manage one team rather than fifteen individuals.
Operators supplied together with certified plant, so both the machine certificate and the operator card come from the same source and match at the gate.
Accommodation, transport and messing are quoted either inside the rate or as a separate line, whichever you prefer. We put it in writing before mobilization so there is no argument at invoice stage.
Timelines assume workers already hold valid iqama and work authorization. Fresh recruitment from outside the Kingdom runs on visa processing time, which we will state honestly rather than promise around.
We come back with availability, the rate and the certification each role carries.
