Full Body Harness

Every 6 months

Harnesses examined every six months against the manufacturer's criteria, including fall indicator and service life check.

Lanyard / Self Retracting Lifeline

Every 6 months

Lanyards and self retracting lifelines examined for shock pack deployment, hook function and brake lock-up.

Erected Scaffold

Every 7 days and after any alteration

Erected scaffolds inspected before first use and at intervals not exceeding seven days, with scafftag status update.

  • · Standards plumb, ledgers level, bracing complete

Portable Ladder / Step Ladder

Every 6 months

Portable ladders examined and tagged, covering stiles, rungs, feet and extension mechanisms.
