It certifies training delivered and competence assessed by Advanced Inspectorate Company. It does not replace a government-issued operating licence, a site induction, or any statutory permit. That statement is printed on every card we issue.
A Banksman / Flagman card issued by Advanced Inspectorate Company is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Twenty-four months is used because the Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual requires this class of certification to be valid for two years. The expiry date is printed on the front of the card and shown on the online verification page.

No. It is a training and competency certification issued by Advanced Inspectorate Company, and the card says so explicitly on the reverse. It records that the holder completed training and passed an assessment. It does not replace any government-issued operating licence, site induction, or permit required by law.
